Monmouth County, New Jersey
Indoor Billboard Advertising in Manasquan, NJ
One venue carries a Digital Wave screen in Manasquan — Qua Pizza, on Main Street. This is the southern end of the network, about ten miles down the coast from Asbury Park, and it is the second room the same pizzeria owner has put a screen in.
The Market
A Small Borough With One Street That Matters
Manasquan is the last town on the network going south. The borough sits where the Manasquan River meets the ocean, and that river is the county line — cross the inlet and you are out of Monmouth County altogether. It is a little over a square mile, with Sea Girt and Wall on the landward sides and water on the other two, which is another way of saying there is nowhere for its trade to spread out to.
That containment is the whole argument for advertising here. Manasquan’s commercial life runs along a few blocks of Main Street — the shops, the counters, the places people walk to rather than drive between. It is not a highway town and there is no second centre competing for the same errands. A screen on Main Street is not one of a dozen rooms a resident might pass in a week; for a lot of households it is on the street they already use.
The year splits in two more sharply here than it does further north. Summer brings the beach and the inlet crowd, and Main Street takes them on the way to and from the sand. The rest of the year the borough runs on its own residents, and it is a genuinely year-round town rather than a shuttered one — a school community, commuters on the coast line, families who have been here for decades. Advertisers selling to households — trades and home services, insurance, real estate, dental and medical practices, gyms and studios — are buying that second half of the year. Seasonal operators run it the other way round and load up from Memorial Day.
The Same Owner Runs a Screen in Asbury Park
Qua Pizza has two storefronts: this one at 179 Main St and the original on Main Street in Asbury Park. Both carry a screen. That is worth saying plainly, because an operator only does it a second time if the first one was worth keeping — and it means a campaign that takes both rooms is running in the two ends of the same small business, ten miles apart, at either end of the corridor.
What we will not pretend is that one screen is a market. Manasquan is a foothold: a single well-placed room at the bottom of the run, most useful to advertisers who are also running further up the coast. Bought on its own it is a cheap, honest test in a town where a Main Street placement counts for more than it would anywhere bigger. Bought alongside the anchors, it closes the southern end.
The Venue List
The Manasquan Placement
One screen per venue, so one venue is one screen. It is a pizzeria, and it sits on the downtown stretch of Main Street. Roman-style pizza al taglio means the slices are cut at the counter rather than handed over ready — the wait is short, frequent and repeated, with the customer standing still and facing forward for all of it.

Running a Campaign Here
What Happens After You Call
With one room in this borough there are really two ways to buy it: on its own, as a single-screen month on Main Street, or as the southern end of a corridor buy that also picks up the towns north of here. Both are normal, and at this size neither is expensive.
- Tell us whether you want the Manasquan screen on its own or paired with the markets up the coast
- We confirm whether this screen has an open rotation slot right now
- Send artwork, or we build it — then it goes live on the venues you picked
Rates are deliberately not printed on this page, because they depend on how many venues you take and how long you run. The pricing structure lives on the billboards page. If you own a room on Main Street and want a screen of your own, that is the venue partner programme, and it costs the venue nothing — with one room here so far, this is a town with plenty of space left on it.
Nearby On the Network
One Screen Is a Foothold. The Corridor Is the Buy.
Manasquan sits at the bottom of a roughly ten-mile run of the Monmouth County shore, and the rest of that run is north of here. Belmar is the next screen up the coast, then Bradley Beach with two, and Neptune where the shore bends in toward Asbury Park.
The two anchors are at the far end, and they are where most buys start: Asbury Park with seven screens and Ocean Township with six, thirteen of the eighteen between them. Pair this room with either and you are still buying one trade area rather than scattering a budget across a map — six neighbouring shore towns, eighteen screens, all of it Monmouth County. The coverage map plots every one of them.
